All welded construction, except casters, with durable 12 gauge steel shelves, 3/16 inch thick angle corners, and 12 gauge caster mounts for long lasting use. Raised offset handle is 12 inches above top shelf. Bolt on casters, 2 swivel and 2 rigid, for easy replacement and superior cart tracking. 1 1/2 inch shelf lips down, flush, on top shelf and lips up on bottom shelf. Clearance between shelves is 17 inches. Work surface height is 31 inches. 8 inch semi pneumatic casters.
