Reusable rackable plastic pallets are produced for years of reliable service. Each rackable pallet is produced from virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP), or recycled versions of the same types of plastic. High density polyethylene and polypropylene resins are both resistant to chemical spills and moisture and can act as an insulator for goods in certain situations. Their ultimate goal is to protect products in rough shipping environments.
Rackable plastic pallets are storage pallets that include either picture frame bottoms or bottom runners, allowing the pallet to sit safely on the rack. Plastic rackable pallets can be either 2-way entry or 4-way entry. The bottom of the pallet can consist of the following configuration variations:
- Three runner.
- Picture frame runner.
- Picture frame runner with a crossbar.
